1) How do live online classes work?
We host live sessions via a secure platform with chat and breakout labs. Replays are available for 12 months. You’ll receive a prep list one week prior.
2) What materials do I need for beginner courses?
A digital scale, thermometer, heat-safe vessel, wick sampler, and your chosen wax (soy or coconut blends recommended) plus two fragrance or essential oils.
3) Do you cover safety and compliance?
Yes. We teach CLP/GHS basics, allergen disclosures, safe usage guidelines, and proper labeling. See Terms and Privacy.
4) Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Requests 7+ days before start receive a full refund. Within 7 days, you can transfer to a future cohort or receive credit. See details in Terms.
5) Are classes accessible for beginners?
Absolutely. Intro paths include safety-first workflows and guided troubleshooting so you build consistent habits.
6) Will I get feedback on my pours?
Yes. Upload test results and photos to our critique hub; mentors provide structured notes within 72 hours.
7) Do you offer certificates?
Completion certificates are available for selected programs. They reflect curriculum hours and learning outcomes but are not industry licenses.
8) Can I book a private workshop?
