By accessing clearbase.bond or enrolling in any course offered by Clearbase Aroma Guild, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Course Access and License
Enrollments grant a personal, non-transferable license to use course content for the stated duration. Redistribution or unauthorized recording is prohibited.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Refunds: full refund up to 7 days before start; inside 7 days, transfer or credit may be offered. Taxes may apply based on location.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Services, disrupt classes, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Clearbase Aroma Guild or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute content without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are educational. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including sales or profits. Use materials safely and follow instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on clearbase.bond with a new “Last updated” date.
